- 20 to 25 vanilla wafers, crushed into crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. melted margarine
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese, cut into pieces
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Using the smallest cupcake tins and petit fours

3paper cups, sprinkle bottoms with crumbs.

4Place eggs, sugar, vanilla and sour cream in blender; mix well.

5Add cheese gradually while mixing.

6Add margarine.

7Pour petit fours cups approximately 3/4 full.

8Bake for 35 minutes, or until set in center.

9If cakes sink in center, don't worry.

10Chill.
