- 7 1/2 c. plain flour
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. warm water (120~ to 130~)
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp. sesame seed (optional)
- 1 egg, beaten (for glaze top)
Directions

1In large bowl of mixer, stir together 2 cups flour, yeast, sugar and salt.

2In center of bowl (medium speed), beat in water. Beat 2 minutes.

3Reduce speed to low, beat in 2 more cups of the flour, mayonnaise and 3 eggs.

4Beat at medium speed for 2 more minutes.

5Stir in just enough of remaining flour to make an easily handled dough, about 3 cups.

6On floured surface, knead dough for 10 minutes.

7Place in greased bowl (cover).
