- 1/4 c. Fluffo or other vegetable fat
- 1 c. less 1 Tbsp. sifted enriched flour
- 1 c. water
- 4 large eggs
Directions

1Put fat and water in a small saucepan and stir over high heat until fat is melted and liquid is boiling rapidly.

2Add flour all at once.

3Raise saucepan a few inches over heat and stir briskly. The paste will come away from the sides of pan and form a smooth ball in center.

4Cook, stirring for 30 seconds longer.
