  • 2 cups 3-1/2 plus tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups 2 plus tbsp. milk
  • 4 eggs
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 tbsp. sugar

Directions

    Combine the flour, milk, eggs, salt, and a little sugar (if desired).

    Mix in the melted butter.

    Grease a Pfitzauf pan and fill halfway up with the dough.

    Bake in a hot oven (425F) for 25 minutes until light brown, without opening the oven door to check!

    Dust the Pfitzauf with sugar and serve with stewed fruit.
