Devilish Crab Eggs

Ingredients

  • 1 c. crabmeat
  • 6 hard-cooked eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
  • 4 heaping Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • few dashes of pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. parsley flakes
  • 2 to 3 oregano leaves
  • 2 to 3 dashes of garlic powder
  • 4 drops of Worcestershire sauce

    Remove cartilage from crabmeat.

    Peel eggs and cut in half lengthwise.

    Remove yolks; put yolks in bowl and mash well.

    Add celery, mayonnaise and seasonings.

    Add crabmeat and mix well. Stuff egg whites with yolk mixture.

    Chill before serving.
