- 1 pheasant
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 4 c. crushed Ritz crackers
- 2 to 2 1/2 c. broth
- 2 c. grated American cheese
Directions

1Simmer pheasant in salt water until done.

2Remove from bones. Cut in pieces.

3Mix with other ingredients.

4Place in 9 x 12-inch baking dish, topping casserole with grated cheese.

5Bake 1 hour at 350°.

6Chicken or turkey may be used instead of pheasant.
