  • 1 c. cooked pheasant meat, diced*
  • 1 c. cooked rice (cool or warm)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 c. cream of chicken or mushroom soup
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1 c. mayonnaise

Directions

    To serve warm, heat the pheasant, rice and soup.

    Can be served cold, also.
