  • Pork chops
  • soy sauce
  • cider vinegar
  • granulated garlic (California style)

    Rub a generous amount of the garlic into both sides of the pork chops. Blend together equal parts of the soy sauce and vinegar and pour over chops. Allow to marinate (turning occasionally) at least one hour (3 hours is better) before grilling. Grill over a hot fire 3 to 4 minutes per side or until done to your taste.
