"Philly" Cheese Ball

Name: "Philly" Cheese Ball
Ingredients: 1 (8 oz.) container Cracker Barrel brand sharp Cheddar flavor cold pack cheese food; 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia brand cream cheese; 2 tsp. chopped pimento (red pepper will do); 2 tsp. chopped green pepper; 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce; 1 tsp. lemon juice

1 (8 oz.) container Cracker Barrel brand sharp Cheddar flavor cold pack cheese food
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia brand cream cheese
2 tsp. chopped pimento (red pepper will do)
2 tsp. chopped green pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice

Directions

Combine cold pack cheese food and softened cream cheese (mixing well).

Add remaining ingredients, mix well.

Line small bowl with plastic wrap.

Place into this.

Chill until firm.

Roll into bowl of chopped pecans, if desired.

To make a softer ball, I use a small jar of pimento cheese in the cheese mix.
