  • 1 (11 oz.) can mandarins, drained
  • 1/2 tsp. dried chili pepper flakes
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 tsp. cilantro, chopped

    To cream cheese, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of drained mandarin syrup.
