- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 2 sticks oleo
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. candied fruit
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Blend cream cheese, oleo, sugar and vanilla.

2Add eggs; beat. Add flour, leaving 1/4 cup to stir into fruit.

3Fold in fruit and nuts.

4Pour in loaf pans.

5Bake at 350° for 1 hour; in small pans for 45 minutes.

6Makes 4 small pans.
