  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 2 sticks oleo
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. candied fruit
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Blend cream cheese, oleo, sugar and vanilla.

    Add eggs; beat. Add flour, leaving 1/4 cup to stir into fruit.

    Fold in fruit and nuts.

    Pour in loaf pans.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour; in small pans for 45 minutes.

    Makes 4 small pans.
