- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 1/2 sticks oleo (not soft kind)
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. sifted cake flour or 1 3/4 c. regular flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- confectioners sugar
Directions

1Combine sugar, softened cream cheese, oleo and vanilla, mixing until well blended.

2Add eggs; mix at low speed of electric mixer until blended.

3Stir together flour and baking powder.

4Gradually add flour mixture to cheese mixture, mixing at low speed until blended.

5Pour into lightly greased and floured angel food pan. Bake at 325° for 1 hour and 20 minutes.

6Let cool about 5 minutes before removing from pan.

7Sprinkle top with confectioners sugar.
