  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 2 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 c. Cool Whip
  • 3 small chocolate instant pudding mix

Directions

    Preheat oven to 325°. Melt margarine. Add flour and nuts.

    Mix well. Spread mixture in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake in oven for 25 minutes. Let cool.

    Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip together. Spread on top of crust. Make pudding according to package. Spread on last layer. Spread remaining Cool Whip on top and garnish with nuts.

    Chill until served.
