- 12 sheets frozen phyllo dough (18 x 14-inches), thawed
- 1/2 c. margarine, melted
- 2 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach souffle, thawed
- 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and finely chopped
Directions

1Arrange 6 sheets of the phyllo in the bottom of a 15 x 10-inch baking pan; brush with margarine between each sheet.

2(Allow edges of dough to overlap.)

3Spread souffle over dough.

4Sprinkle with water chestnuts.

5Top with remaining phyllo; brush with margarine again between each sheet.

6Fold edges of phyllo toward center; brush with remaining margarine.

7Score top layers into 48 squares or diamonds.

8Bake at 400° for 30 minutes, or until golden brown. Cut through all layers.
