Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 green bell pepper large, chopped
  • 1 onions medium, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 jar (1 lb. 8 oz.) Ragu(R) Old World Style(R) Pasta Sauce
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins
  • 1/4 cup pimento stuffed olives sliced
  • 12 ounces spaghetti cooked and drained
  • 1/4 cup queso fresco crumbled, cheese

Directions

    Cook ground beef, green pepper, onion and garlic in deep 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, 8 minutes or until ground beef is done and vegetables are tender. Stir in Pasta Sauce, raisins and olives. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes or until heated through. Stir in cilantro.

    Toss with hot spaghetti, then sprinkle with cheese.
