  • 1 gal. chopped tomatoes
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 2 bell peppers, chopped
  • hot peppers to taste, chopped
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar

Directions

    Mix and cook 1 to 1 1/2 hours on medium heat, stirring with a wooden spoon occasionally.
