Ingredients
- 1/2 bunch green tomatoes
- 1/2 bunch green and red peppers
- 1 pkg. onions
- 1 c. salt
- 1/2 to 1 c. sugar
- 1 qt. vinegar
- 1 qt. water
- 1 box mixed spices
Directions

1Wash and cut peppers, tomatoes and onions.

2Grind up in a meat grinder.

3Mix well after ground up.

4Put in a pan or kettle with the salt.

5Mix well.

6Let stand overnight.

7Next morning, pour into a colander.

8Run water over it to wash off salt.

9Put in a kettle (large) and put the spices in.

10Mix water, sugar and vinegar.

11Pour over the mixture and let cook for about 20 minutes. Have 12 pint jars washed and sterilized.

12Put into jars and seal.
