Pickle Roll-Up Dip

Name: Pickle Roll-Up Dip
Ingredients: 8 ounces sour cream (I put a little less to make a little thicker); 8 ounces cream cheese; 2 (2 ounce) packages carl buddig corned beef or (2 ounce) packages ham, cut into small pieces; 0.5 (16 ounce) jar dill pickles, diced; 1 dash garlic powder; 1 dash onion powder

2 (2 ounce) packages carl buddig corned beef or (2 ounce) packages ham, cut into small pieces

Directions

Blend together sour cream and cream cheese with hand mixer until smooth. Add everything else and mix until well-blended. (I usually hand mix in the pickles last).

Serve with plain bagels, pretzel or pita chips, or anything you wish!
