- 2 c. onions, sliced
- 1 large red bell pepper
- 2 c. bell pepper
- 2 c. vinegar
- 3 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. mustard seed
- 2 Tbsp. celery seed
Directions

1Soak squash in 2/3 cup salt with just enough water to cover squash.

2Boil syrup 15 minutes.

3Then add squash and bring to a rolling boil.
