- 8 c. sliced squash
- 2 c. chopped onions
- 2 large green peppers
- 2 level tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. mustard seed
- 2 Tbsp. celery seed
- 3 c. sugar
- 2 c. vinegar
Directions

1Mix first 3 ingredients in salt.

2Let set 1 hour; drain well. Mix sugar, vinegar, celery and mustard; let boil.

3Add squash; boil 3 minutes.

4Stir frequently.

5Seal in sterile jar.

6Makes 6 pints or 3 quarts.
