  • 2 pounds small, tender green beans
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 4 heads dill
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/4 cup salt
  • 1 pint vinegar

Directions

    Pack beans in hot, sterilized jars. To each pint add 1 garlic, 1/4 teaspoon red pepper, 1 head dill. Heat water, salt and vinegar to a boil. Pour over beans. Seal and process in boiling water bath.
