- 2 (16 oz. each) cans sliced beets
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 2 (3-inch) sticks cinnamon
Directions

1Drain beets, reserving liquid in saucepan. Add sugar, vinegar and cinnamon sticks to reserved liquid.

2Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.

3Pour over beets; cool.

4Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours.
