  • 2 c. vinegar
  • 3 c. water
  • beets

Directions

    Put sugar, vinegar and water in saucepan; boil for 3 minutes. Cook beets and skin them.

    Cut and put in jars.

    Pour hot syrup on them; seal tightly.

    Let sit about 1 week.
