  • 1 can sliced beets
  • water
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 stick cinnamon

Directions

    Drain juice from 1 can sliced beets.

    Add water to make 1 cup. Pour in saucepan.

    Add 1/2 cup vinegar, 1 cup sugar and 1 stick cinnamon; bring to a boil.

    Pour over beets.

    Marinate several hours or overnight in refrigerator.
