- 1 can beets and juice
- 1 c. cider vinegar
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 3 whole cloves
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. water
- 8 hard-cooked eggs
Directions

1Put beets and juice in a pan.

2Add vinegar, sugar, salt and cloves.

3Heat until sugar dissolves.

4Cool.

5Cook and shell eggs. Put in jar or bowl; pour beets over eggs.

6Add water to bring juice over eggs.

7Marinate 2 to 3 days, stirring several times.
