- 1 gallon unfiltered apple cider
- 12 cup light corn syrup
Directions

1Boil apple cider until reduced by half.

2Add corn syrup & stir well to dissolve.

3Continue boiling until reduced to about 4 cups.

4Cool to room temperature.

5Strain through sieve lined with double thickness of finely meshed cheesecloth.

6Pour into quart bottle, cover tightly & refrigerate indefinitely.
