- 3 lb. peppers, onions and celery
- 8 cloves garlic
- 2 c. white vinegar
- 1 c. sugar
- water
- 2 tsp. salt
- 4 tsp. cooking oil
Directions

1Pack peppers in jars.

2Cover with boiling water.

3Combine sugar, water and vinegar and boil.

4Drain water from jars.

5Put 1 teaspoon oil, 2 cloves of garlic and 1/2 teaspoon salt in each jar.

6Pour hot syrup over peppers and seal.
