- 1 medium head cabbage
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 green or red bell pepper
- 1 tsp. celery seed (optional)
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Grate head of cabbage in food processor.

2Dice celery and pepper.

3Add celery seed.

4Dissolve the sugar and salt thoroughly in the vinegar and water.

5This stores in the refrigerator very well.

6Just use enough to liberally coat the grated cabbage. Refrigerate several hours.

7Stir once or twice to season well. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
