- 1 large bunch carrots, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 tsp. minced onion
- 1/2 c. vinegar
Directions

1Cook carrots until just tender, about 12 to 15 minutes.

2Cool. Mix all other ingredients together.

3Put cool carrots into a container and pour other ingredients over the carrots.

4Place cover on container and refrigerate overnight or until ready to serve.
