  • canning salt
  • water
  • vinegar

Directions

    Cook corn until just tender; rinse until cold.

    Leave on cob or cut off.

    Pour over a mixture of 1 gallon water, 1 cup salt and 2/3 cup vinegar.

    Seal and let stand a few weeks.
