  • 1 cup coarse salt
  • 2 quarts water
  • 3 cups vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons pickling spice
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 quart water

    Fill jars 3/4 full with cucumbers.

    Add water until it covers cucumbers.
