  • 2 c. white vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. mixed pickling spice
  • 12 hard-boiled eggs, peeled

Directions

    Simmer all ingredients (except eggs) in saucepan for 10 minutes.

    Place eggs in large mouth jar and cover with hot mixture.

    Refrigerate several hours.
