- 24 fresh eggs
- 6 c. cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. peppercorns
- 1 Tbsp. allspice
- 1/2 Tbsp. mace
- 1/2 Tbsp. coriander seed
- 1/2 Tbsp. cardamon seed
- 1/2 Tbsp. cloves
- 10 small hot red peppers
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Cook the eggs in hot water for 15 minutes.

2Place in cold water.

3Remove the shells and pack the eggs in preheated jars.

4In a kettle, combine vinegar, spices and sugar.

5Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.

6Pour over the eggs and seal.

7Set container in refrigerator until ready to use.
