- 10 whole allspice
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 tsp. powdered ginger
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 pod red pepper
Directions

1Arrange eggs in a glass jar; simmer remaining ingredients for 15 minutes.
