- 2 c. white vinegar
- 1 tsp. celery salt
- 1 large onion
Directions

1Heat, but do not boil, vinegar and celery salt.

2Cook eggs and peel while still warm.

3Add onion.

4Pour vinegar mixture over eggs and onions.

5Let stand for 2 days.

6Better if left to stand longer.
