- 24 eggs
- 2 1/4 cups vinegar
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons salt
Directions

1Boil the eggs for 8-10 minutes;let them completely cool and then peel.

2Place eggs in a large sanitized glass jar.

3Combine the remaining ingredients and boil the brine for 5 minutes.

4Allow the brine to cool for a bit and then pour over the eggs.

5Cover tightly and let stand for 5- 7 days before using.
