- 2 doz. hard-boiled eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. vinegar
- pickling spice
- 1 qt. pickled beets
Directions

1In saucepan, heat beets and juice on low heat.

2Add sugar, vinegar and pickling spice to taste.

3Stir until sugar dissolves. Let cool.

4Pour over eggs.

5Cover and store in refrigerator for several days until eggs are pickled as desired.
