- 2 cans whole beets
- cider vinegar
- sugar
Directions

1While eggs are boiling, Drain beets, mix equal parts of beet juice, vinegar, sugar and add to gallon jar.

2When eggs are done, peel and add to jar, then add beets to cover.

3Will be ready in 3 days.

4I add some thinly sliced onions to mine.
