- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Hard boil eggs and remove shells.

2Heat vinegar, sugar, salt and beet juice until sugar is dissolved.

3Add beets and eggs. Prepare a couple of days ahead and store in refrigerator.
