- 24 cloves
- 6 hard-cooked eggs
- 2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. ground mustard
Directions

1Boil and shell eggs and stick four cloves into each egg.

2Heat the vinegar and when boiling, add salt, pepper and mustard mixed with a little cold vinegar.

3Put the eggs in a glass fruit jar and pour the boiling vinegar over them.

4Cover and let stand for 2 weeks before using.

5Serve with broiled steak.
