- 2 doz. hard-boiled eggs
- 1 large can (16 oz.) sliced pickled beets with juice
- vinegar
- water
- 3 to 4 whole cloves
Directions

1Cook eggs and remove shells.

2In a 1/2-gallon container, put pickled beets, eggs and cloves.

3Fill the rest of the jar with a mixture of 1/2 water and 1/2 vinegar.

4Stir.

5Leave out for 30 minutes and refrigerate.
