- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons parsley flakes
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 2 (6 ounce) cans whole mushrooms
Directions

1In a small saucepan, combine vinegar, oil, onion, salt, parsley, mustard and brown sugar.

2Bring to a boil and add drained mushrooms.

3Simmer 5 minutes.

4Remove from heat and transfer to a bowl. Chill covered overnight.
