- 3 1/2 lb. small okra pods
- garlic buds
- 1 pt. white vinegar
- 1 qt. water
- 1/3 c. salt
- 3 small hot peppers
- 2 tsp. dill seed
Directions

1Pack okra firmly in hot sterilized jars.

2Put a garlic bud in each jar.

3Meanwhile, combine vinegar, water, salt, peppers and dill seed and bring to a boil.

4Pour the boiling brine into jars over okra.

5Adjust caps and seal.

6Yields 4 to 5 pints.
