  • 4 c. white vinegar
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. salt

Directions

    Wash okra and pack it in jars.

    Add to each jar 2 buttons of garlic (slice or mash it slightly), 2 heads of dill and 1 hot pepper (Mexican chilian red).

    Combine first ingredients and heat to boiling.

    Pour over okra.

    Seal immediately.
