Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 lb. small okra
  • 1 pt. white vinegar
  • 1 qt. water
  • 1/3 c. salt
  • 3 small hot peppers
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tsp. dill seed

Directions

    Wash okra and put into hot jars.

    Break up garlic and put 1 bud or more into each jar as well as a piece of hot pepper.

    Boil the rest of ingredients and pour over okra.

    Seal with hot lids.
