  • 2 lb. tiny okra pods
  • 5 pods hot pepper
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 qt. vinegar
  • 6 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. celery or mustard

    Wash okra and pack in jars.

    Put 1 pepper, 1 clove or garlic in each jar.

    Bring remaining ingredients to boil.

    Pour over okra and seal.

    Makes five pints of delicious okra.
