  • small okra, leave part of stem and wash
  • 1 tsp. dill seed
  • 1 small hot pepper
  • 1 garlic bulb
  • 1/2 gal. vinegar
  • 1 c. salt

Directions

    Pack okra in hot jars.

    Add dill seed, pepper and garlic. Bring vinegar and salt to boil. Pour over okra and seal jars. Okay to eat in 6 weeks.
