- 1 tsp. dill seed
- 1 small hot pepper
- 1 garlic bulb
- 1/2 gal. vinegar
- 1 c. salt

1Pack okra in hot jars.

2Add dill seed, pepper and garlic. Bring vinegar and salt to boil. Pour over okra and seal jars. Okay to eat in 6 weeks.
