- 1 hot pepper
- 1/4 tsp. dill seed (fresh if possible)
- 1 qt. water
- 1 pt. vinegar
- 1/2 c. canning salt
Directions

1Pack okra tightly in jars.

2Add to packed okra garlic button, hot pepper and dill seed.

3Heat to boiling the water, vinegar and canning salt.

4Pour over okra.

5Seal.

6Let stand 4 weeks.
