  • 2 lb. tender okra
  • 5 cloves peeled garlic
  • 1 qt. white vinegar
  • 6 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard seed
  • 2 Tbsp. liquid crab boil

Directions

    Wash okra and pack in 5 hot sterilized pint jars.

    Put one clove of garlic in each jar.

    Bring remaining ingredients to a boil.

    Pour over okra and seal.

    Keep several weeks before serving.
