- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 egg white
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Beat egg yolk. Add butter, salt and 1/4 cup milk.

2Add flour and stir until smooth, then add other 1/4 cup milk.

3Beat egg white until peaks form.

4Add sugar to whites and beat until stiff. Fold into flour mixture.

5Dip cut veggies into flour and then into batter.

6Deep fry until golden.

7Especially good is zucchini, onions, green peppers, mushrooms, broccoli or whatever you like best.

8Even apple slices are good this way.

9Will do about 2 pounds fresh veggies.
